Shipping Policy — SELIN

1. Order Processing & Production

At SELIN, all outfits are made to order. Please allow up to 10 days for production before your order is dispatched.

Each outfit is prepared according to SELIN's original design. We do not offer customisation or changes to the colour, fabric, design, or pattern.

2. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹30 on all orders across India. Shipping charges will be added to your order total at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Since all outfits are made to order, the total estimated time, including production and shipping, is approximately 15–18 days.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you whenever available. You can use these details to track your shipment and check its delivery status.

5. Shipping Delays

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders within the stated production timeline. However, delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including their name, address, PIN code, and contact number.

SELIN cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your concern and assist you in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
